Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to paid subscriptions to PublishPort (the "Service"). Please read it before purchasing; completing a purchase means you understand and accept this Policy.

1. Billing and Invoicing

Our paid subscriptions are processed by Dodo Payments acting as Merchant of Record. Your payment, invoicing, and refunds are handled by Dodo Payments, and Dodo Payments' buyer terms also apply to your purchase.

2. Free Plan

The free plan is provided at no charge and therefore involves no refunds. You may upgrade or remain on the free plan at any time.

3. Subscription, Renewal, and Cancellation

  • Pro is a recurring subscription (for example, billed monthly) that renews automatically until you cancel.
  • You may cancel at any time. After cancellation you keep Pro access until the end of the current paid period, after which you are no longer charged.
  • Cancelling a subscription does not, by itself, generate a refund.

4. Refunds

  • 14-day refund: Within 14 days of your firstpurchase, you may request a full refund if you are not satisfied with the Service.
  • Renewal periods: Charges for subsequent auto-renewal periods are generallynot refundable on a pro-rata basis once the period has begun; in the case of an erroneous charge or other reasonable cause, we will handle the matter in good faith.
  • No refund: If your access is suspended or terminated because you breached ourTerms of Service, paid fees are non-refundable.

Please note: having an account rate-limited, deprioritized, restricted, or banned on a third-party platform is not grounds for a refund. As described in ourTerms of Service, such risk depends on your operating environment and each platform's policies; we make no warranty regarding it, accept no liability for it, and do not issue refunds on that basis.

5. How to Request a Refund

You can request a refund using the link in the purchase receipt email Dodo Payments sends you, or by contacting us at support@publishport.app. We will process valid requests within a reasonable period. Refunds are returned to your original payment method; the time to appear depends on your bank or payment provider.

6. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Changes do not affect transactions completed before they take effect.
