Every blog post on Medium, Dev.to, Hashnode, LinkedIn and X

Hand your AI a post once. It republishes it on Medium, Dev.to and Hashnode with the canonical URL pointing to your site, shares it on LinkedIn and X, and sends you every link.

Send this to your AI

Read https://www.publishport.app/skill.md and follow it to set up PublishPort for me, then whenever I send you a blog post, republish it on Medium, Dev.to and Hashnode with the canonical URL set to my original, share it on LinkedIn with a short intro written for LinkedIn, post an X thread that links back to it, and send me every link.

Download freeNew here? Download the app and sign in to your platforms first, then send this.

Before you start

The app is running and your platforms are signed in. Open the PublishPort app and sign in to Medium, Dev.to, Hashnode, LinkedIn and X under Platform accounts. New to the app? See Install the desktop app and Connect your platform accounts.

Only want some of them? Delete the platforms you don’t use from the sentence. Want Substack, Ghost or WordPress too? Add them.

Step 1: Send the sentence above to your AI

Click Copy prompt and paste it into Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, OpenClaw or any agent that can run commands.

Step 2: Authorize with one click

The first time, your AI sends you an authorization link and a confirmation code. Open the link, sign in, check that the code matches, and click Authorize. Details are in Connect your AI.

Step 3: Send it your post

Paste the post into the chat, or tell your AI where the file is (for example “launch-notes.md on my desktop”). Keep images in the same folder and they go along with it.

From then on, just say “publish this one” whenever you finish a post. You don’t need to send the sentence again.

Want a fixed rhythm, like one post every Tuesday? Tell your AI: “Set up a scheduled task every Tuesday at 10am: take the oldest post in the ‘Drafts’ folder on my desktop and publish it the same way.” It uses its own scheduler (Automations in the Codex app, Scheduled tasks in Claude Code desktop, cron in OpenClaw, or your system scheduler), and the post goes out as long as your computer is on and the app is running.

What you get

  • A native version on Medium, Dev.to and Hashnode, each with the canonical URL pointing to your original, so search engines and AI answers credit your site.
  • A LinkedIn post with an intro written for LinkedIn, and an X thread that links back to the original.
  • One list with every live link.

After it’s published

If a platform reports an error, ask your AI to check whether the post is already live there before it tries again. For anything else, see Troubleshooting.
